Although mostly known for our modern obelisks and contemporary outdoor seating, we’re often asked by customers
if we could make a traditional garden arch. Never one to disappoint, we’ve worked hard over the winter to perfect a design that’s full of beautiful hand-forged details. The result is an elegant 2.2m metal arch available with a single or double bay, in 1m and 1.3m widths.
Our traditional garden arch’s simple, graceful shape looks great in both galvanised and the more rustic, oxidised steel finish. Made from chunky solid metal bar, it’s a robust garden arch that will support any size of climber.
It comes in three easy to handle pieces, so you can place it where you want it in your garden, then simply screw the pieces together. You can choose to have a footplate at the base for fixing the metal arch onto hard landscaping, or choose long feet for digging it into a trench. If you opt for the feet, there’s also a bar at ground level (40cm up from the feet) to help you level the arch and so you know how deep it needs to be positioned. We’ve taken some pictures of how easy it is to position the arches in the garden and to show you some of their lovely details. The arch costs from £290 including delivery and are available to buy now.
