Delivery Terms &Conditions

Delivery is free to a UK mainland address.

Prices:

All our prices include VAT. Our VAT registration number is 986 1371 87.

Refunds:

All our products are handmade to order and then packaged by us ready for delivery If you are unhappy with any products you receive you can call us on 01403 865950 or email us at alex@mooredesigns.co.uk. You can also write to us at: Moore Designs, Court House Farm, Newbury Lane, Cuckfield, West Sussex RH17 5AA. Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence.

Spheres & Sculptures

Delivery is free to a UK mainland address. We hand make our benches to order and usually deliver within six weeks. We confirm your delivery date by email. All deliveries must be signed for.

Damaged in transit:

We very rarely have any problems with damaged goods, but when you take delivery of your order, please check it for any visible damage before signing for it. If it is damaged, don’t sign and ask the driver to return it to us. If you notice damage after signing for it, call us and we will arrange for collection. If you agreed to have a delivery left in a secure place in your absence and you find it is damaged, again call us and we will get it collected and resend your order.

Incorrect goods:

If we sent you something you didn’t order, call us as soon as you’re able and we’ll collect the goods and resend your order.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order please call us on 01403 865950. There will be no charge and you will receive a full refund if your order has not already been dispatched. If it has been dispatched, the cost of the packaging or carriers will be deducted from your refund.

Returns:

You may return anything to us you if are not happy with it for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund. We will not pay for the cost of returning goods to us. We would advise using a registered and insured carrier, as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them at the workshop. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payments:

All goods are the property of Alex Moore Artist Blacksmith Limited until paid for in full. Full payment must be received before delivery.

Payment methods:

We accept Visa credit and debit cards, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Maestro and Visa Electron. When you buy anything from us using your card, be assured that we use secure encryption for your card details so that all your personal information is safe.

Delivery: UK mainland delivery:

Delivery to the UK main land is free
We aim to deliver all obelisks and garden accessories within 2-4 weeks from receipt of your order. Seating is usually delivered within 6 weeks. We email you a few days in advance of your delivery to let you know when it will be.

International delivery charges:

We are able to deliver internationally, please contact us for an individual quote.

Privacy policy:

Any information you give us will only be used in order to process your order. We may forward you information about new products that we think you might be interested in, or about forthcoming shows we will be exhibiting at. If you do not wish to receive this information, email kim@mooredesigns.co.uk and ask to be removed from our mailing list. We will not forward your information to any third party and will always comply with the Data Protection act 1998. Credit card information is never kept by us once an order has been processed.
