Metal Garden Obelisks
Our metal garden obelisks are designed to make the most of plants and here’s how! Think of how a climber grows. Its legs are bare while the plant bulks out as it grows upwards, making it top heavy. The head of the plant is usually the most interesting, fresh with new growth and bundles of glorious flowers. Traditional steel obelisks that taper to a point, crowd the growth and the flowering head of the plant. Our garden obelisks mirror the natural form of plants by flaring at the top, supporting them as they fill out and giving them the room needed to display at their best.
Made from a combination of 6mm and 8mm round solid bar, our metal obelisks are strong and sturdy and will support even the heaviest of plants including clematis, honeysuckle and roses. For stability, they have long legs for staking into the ground and the extra thick bar we use to make them means they will last in your garden for many years to come. There’s no maintenance either. Just place them, plant them up and enjoy their sculptural form while your plant gets established.
